Together, we’ve completed five outdoor kitchen projects for NE Construction’s multifamily developments. Each one highlights a shared goal — creating outdoor spaces that bring residents together while keeping long-term value in mind.
The Aspire Project — Sherman, TX
Our latest collaboration took place at The Aspire complex in Sherman, Texas. This project was a milestone for both Majestic and our manufacturing partner, Challenger Designs, an American company known for precision-built modular cabinetry.
For The Aspire, we worked with Challenger’s engineers to develop the first ADA-compliant outdoor kitchen cabinets in their catalog. These accessible designs allow all residents to comfortably cook and gather outdoors.
The final installation featured two 14-foot modular cabinet sections, totaling 28 feet of workspace. Thanks to Challenger’s precision manufacturing, our team completed the install in just one day. The result was a clean, functional outdoor kitchen ready for residents to enjoy immediately.
These cabinets are weather-sealed and powder-coated, so they’ll never rust or rot. They also keep out bugs, rodents, and moisture — which means virtually no maintenance for property owners.
